Hi Everyone -
It's totally up to you how you want to kick your Takraw, and which games you play with it.
Keepy uppy like a footy is fine, but the actual technique mainly used in Takraw is a side foot flick motion, using the inside of the foot.
When practising or playing it is advisable to put a cotton wool ball on your ankle bone with a plaster, to avoid getting a bruised ankle bone
