Both classes of balls will provide you with a long duration of use provided you take reasonable care of your equipment from it’s purchase date.

Product lifespan depends on levels of care and use, to ensure maximum duration please use sensibly! To avoid injury, do not use balls if they are damaged.

To play professionally, for a sustained period or intense practice, it is recommended to wear not only sensible kit, but to have correct supports i.e. wrists, knees and ankles. (available at all good sport shops)
