Dear Takraw friends,

We are proud to invite you to the 5th Dragon ́s Cup 2011, held from June 10th to 12th June 24th to 26th - N.B. Date change in the KGSE Gymnasium in Elmshorn, Germany. The events of this tournament will be Men Regu and Double (Women if enough participants).

Every club can participate with a maximum number of three Regus!
We will provide accommodation during the tournament; you will be able to sleep in a school close to the gym from 9th to 12th of June. Therefore please bring a sleeping bag and a camping mat!

For overseas participants, the earliest date to arrive in Elmshorn is Monday, the 6th of June, in that
case you would have the opportunity to stay in a sports hostel for low costs.

The tournament will be starting on the 10th in the afternoon, so the latest date to arrive will be noon
of the 10th. If you wish to sleep in a hotel on your own costs, please tell us, so we can arrange it for
you.

Each delegation should at least be able to reach Hamburg Airport or Hamburg central station, we can arrange to pick you up from one of these places. If you will arrive by car, please search for
“Hainholzer Damm 15, 25337 Elmshorn” (e.g. maps.google.com).

Please send your confirmation (use the registration form) until May 20th if you would like to arrive
before the 9th of June and until May 30th if you will just arrive for the tournament weekend.
